The company is a supplier of everything related to food and drinks for care institutions. They produce, assemble and transport meals and drinks. The overall aim is to contribute to healthy ageing through food. 

The company is located 30 minutes from Nijmegen Central Station by bus or bike. We offer an attractive e-bike deal for you.

Job description

As a food order picker, you are collecting food, drink and non-food items so orders are ready on time for the drivers to be transported. You are essential to the company's success in delivering the best service for customers.

There is a friendly, familial work environment and you will work together with both international and Dutch employees.

Job requirements

  • You are available to start in January 2025.
  • Available to work structurally on Saturdays and at least one weekday (preferably Monday, Thursday, Friday) 
  • Available to work at least 16 hours per week.
  • You are proactive and precise.
  • Available for at least 6 months.
  • You are open to physical work.
  • You must be alright with working in a cold environment if needed.
  • Living in or around Nijmegen.

Hours & salary

You are expected to work every Saturday, and one or two weekdays, so 16 to 24 hours per week. These are the shift times:
Monday to Friday 10:30 - 19:06
Saturday 08:30 - 17:06

Your salary will be €13,79 per hour, regardless of age.

The following allowances are in place:
25% when you work between 19:00 - 23:00
If you work 4-8 hours in the freezer, you receive €11 per shift, and if you work 1-4 hours, you receive €5.50 per shift.
