Job description

As a car wash and interior care employee in Breda, your key role is to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for customers, with a positive attitude being key. It is essential to deliver high-quality car washes, which includes learning to pre-wash cars thoroughly and safely. You will ensure that every vehicle leaves sparkling. In this versatile role, you will clean both the interior and exterior of the vehicles. During your shifts, you will work closely with colleagues and the management team, so being a team player and communicating effectively is crucial to ensure everything runs smoothly. Training is provided, and the company is an internationally friendly workplace. If you do a great job and you have strong communication skills, you can grow to the position of cashier.  

Main responsibilities: 

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience. 
  • Car Cleaning: Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning to ensure every vehicle looks its best. 
  • Efficiency: Work efficiently to minimize customer wait times. Being organized is key to ensuring that all materials and equipment are used effectively.  
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. 
  • Troubleshooting: Address and resolve minor problems.

Job requirements

  • You are available from June 23.
  • You are proactive, reliable, and a team player. 
  • Comfortable with physical (outdoor) work and ready to roll up your sleeves.  
  • Strong drive for customer service and a keen attention to detail. 
  • Available from 23 of June until 17 of August, and able to work 28-38 hours per week. 
  • Available for 3/4 shifts per week
  • Friendly and approachable, open to an all-round role. 
  • The shift times are from Monday to Saturday (10:00 – 20:00) and on Sunday the shift time wil be (08:00 – 18:00).
  • You don't have to work every weekend, but you do have to be available. 
  • Flexibility to work at the Tilburg or Den Bosch location occasionally (if you want to work more hours). 
  • Living in or near Breda/Tilburg.

Hours & salary

Your salary will be €14.14 per hour, regardless of age.

  • If both parties are satisfied there may be a possibility of continuing working part time from 17 August onwards.

 You will get 0.23 travel cost reimbursement when the travel distance is more than 10 km.
