 From the distribution centre in Wijchen, bicycle shops throughout Europe are supplied daily. Every day, you and your team work hard to deliver on time and make customers happy! You will be contributing to that by: 

  • Collecting orders via a hand scanner 

  • Loading products on transport  

  • Packing customer orders 

  • Assist in shipping all parts that leave the warehouse 

  • Packing pallets with heavy bikes (15-25 kg)

Job requirements

The products you need to collect are heavy bikes.

  • You like to be physically active. 

  • You have a proactive, hands-on work attitude. 

  • You are reliable and have sense of responsibility. 

  • You are available to work 16-24 hours per week asap until the end of November. 

  • You are available to increase your hours to 32-40 hours per week from 23-06 until 29-08. 

  • Maximum of 2 weeks holiday in July & August. 

  • Living in or around Arnhem-Nijmegen area. 

  • In this department you must be strong as you're moving around bicycles that are quite heavy (15-25 kg). 

  • You are a go getter that wants to roll up the sleeves. 

  • You have to be able to work at least 2 of these 3 shifts (Monday – Tuesday – Thursday) as those are the busiest days. 

Hours & salary

The company is looking for students or graduates who can work for 16-24 hours per week starting asap until 23 of June. And then work at least 16- 32 hours per week until 29 of August. After that time, you can scale down again to working 16-24 hours per week to be able to combine with your studies. The company is open from Monday to Friday. Occasionally they are also open on Saturday’s. Fixed shift times are:  08:00 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 18:00   You will be alternating between early and late shifts, depending on what is needed. You will have one hour break per day. 

 Your salary: 

21 or 21+:   €14.54 per hour 

20:              €11.60 per hour 

19:              €11.05 per hour 

18:              €9.95 per hour 

Allowances: After 19:00 you receive 130% On Saturdays you receive 150% Overtime is paid 130% 

You will get €0.23 cents per km for max 30 km one way. 

Other benefits:  You can use the company gym and there is free fruit in the office.
