Part-Time Car Wash and Interior Care Employee

As a car wash and interior care employee in Breda, your key role is to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for customers, with a positive attitude being key. It is essential to deliver high-quality car washes, which includes learning to pre-wash cars thoroughly and safely. You will ensure that every vehicle leaves sparkling. In this versatile role, you will clean both the interior and exterior of the vehicles. During your shifts, you will work closely with colleagues and the management team, so being a team player and communicating effectively is crucial to ensure everything runs smoothly. Training is provided, and the company is an internationally friendly workplace. If you do a great job and you have strong communication skills, you can grow to the position of cashier.  

Main responsibilities: 

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience. 
• Car Cleaning: Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning to ensure every vehicle looks its best. 
• Efficiency: Work efficiently to minimize customer wait times. Being organized is key to ensuring that all materials and equipment are used effectively.  
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. 
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve minor problems. 

• You are available as soon as possible. 
• You are proactive, reliable, and a team player. 
• Comfortable with physical (outdoor) work and ready to roll up your sleeves.  
• Strong drive for customer service and a keen attention to detail. 
• Available for at least 6 months, preferably longer, and able to work 15-20 hours per week. 
• Friendly and approachable, open to an all-round role. 
• Available for at least one afternoon/evening shift Monday – Saturday (14:00 – 20:00) and always the Sunday shift (10:00 – 18:00). 
• Flexibility to work at the Tilburg or Den Bosch location occasionally (if you want to work more hours). 
• Living in or near Breda/Tilburg.

The company operates from 08:00-20:00. You are expected to work at least one afternoon/evening shift Monday-Saturday (14:00 – 20:00) and always the Sunday shift (10:00 – 18:00), for 15 to 20 hours per week. 

Your salary will be €14.14 per hour, regardless of age.
